The pulled pork was good, but in very long shreds. I had to cut it up to be able to eat the sandwich without pulling long pieces out. There was a lot of pork on the sandwich, I took almost half home! The bun was a very dense bread, I only ate the bottom. The BBQ sauce is very mild, even the "hot" one. The jambalaya was ok, different than any I've ever had, but, again, very mild. Need to spice it up a bit.
Fast service, great atmosphere and the Brisket was probably the best I've had in Minnesota.I've been spoiled to try BBQ across MO, TX, and NC and I've always considered Texas to having the best Beef Brisket I've ever tasted.
