So, I dont eat at McDonald's a whole lot, im not a fan of fast-food places but, this particular McDonald's in Montevideo, MN (Restaurant # 13984),has the BEST EMPLOYEES, The Best Service, the Cleanest McDonald's that I've ever been to!!!! I do not remember the young man's name that waited on me but, my recept has a KS#2 on it. This young man came right up to tge counter & greeted me with a big smile & very courteous!!! This is why I come back...
we ordered two mcflurries and asked them to mix in the toppings & they said they would but they did not. so we paid $5 x 2 for vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of toppings. kinda disappointing
Mobile ordered caramel macchiato. When I got to the location I was informed that the macchiato machine was down. Was offered a full refund or something else to replace my macchiato. Was given the best most jazzed up caramel frappe I've ever tasted. Wonderful service and employees. They didn't have to go so hard on my replacement frappe but they did. 10/5 stars if I could.
