You are never open when I need you. Seriously. 430 on Saturday close? And not even open on Sunday? I mean, I guess it's improved on what you were doing a few months ago. Look, I know that you have issues retaining employees. But I think, no wait, I know, the management style has had a lot to do with that. Also, McDonald's is paying 18 an hour. You can't get by at 12 an hour anymore.
Service is hit or miss on how you get greeted. Same with how your sandwiches get made too. Sometimes my experience is great and same with my food, most other times it's like I'm a burden I even walked in the door. I love my sandwiches I get and so does my family, so we will continue to go there. Just sucks feeling like you shouldn't have walked in in the first place.

Best subway in my opinion. Never before have I gotten a meatball sub with dry meat until my most recent visit. The subs had always been spot on. All the other toppings and bread were great as always.
