“Called to cancel an order and was told it was canceled and I'd be refunded. Weeks went by and no refund, and they weren't answering corporates calls or messages. They finally reached out to corporate, and not me, a month and a half later stating they made the food anyways, and it's my fault so they won't be refunding. Don't answer the phones or emails, then proceed to be shocked when the outside world tries to get a hold of them and something went wrong. Such a joke of a franchise, no wonder the Buffalo location shut down.“

“We miss the KFC in Elk River so when we recently went shopping in Monticello we tried the Monticello KFC for first time. We love KFC fried chicken and this location did not disappoint. We went inside to order a 50/50 bucket takeout. Chicken and all the sides were delicious and decent customer service.“

“Ordered delivery and the wait time was less than a half hour. So easy to use the website, simple to navigate. Used their online coupon for $6.99/ item for 2+ items.. the delivery driver was friendly, fast and came back to the door to give me the Ranch dressings. Great experience and will continue to order online when having a pizza craving.“

“I've ordered a few times when I come to town and the pizza is always good and fast. Their cheeseburger pizza was awesome. Usually have the pizza delivered and it doesn't take nearly as long as the Domino's on Central. Went in once to pickup and they seemed to care if I was good with my order even though they were pretty busy.“

“We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction“
