McDonald's offers a mixed dining experience. The service is generally praised for its kindness and efficiency. The East-10 McDonald's is a morning meeting place with plenty of seating, and the lobby is generally clean. If you use the McDonald's App, you can generally find something affordable. Coffee and Hot Chocolate are served hot, but beware, the coffee is often served with a decent amount of grinds. During the week, the drive-through generally moves fairly quickly and the lobby service has improved. However, weekend mid-morning service struggles with very slow service. One customer encountered an issue with an undercooked chicken sandwich. Another customer reported issues with missing items in Happy Meals and a Big Mac missing sauce and lettuce, with a lack of pickles when ordered extra. The restaurant does have a few vegetarian options. Parking is plentiful and free. Happy Meals have been a hit. Wheelchair accessibility is present at entrances.
