My family went through the drive thru and we had the best customer service by a worker named Justin. It’s rare to have good customer service these days and he made it a very enjoyable experience and we will be returning!

I came through drive through after a long day at both of my jobs. The staff working we're not only kind, pleasant and friendly but the food was hot and fresh at 11pm at night, not something I expected. 10 out of 10 for those 2 working last night!!!

Arby's at Moorhead provides excellent service with perfect food and a positive vibe. The restaurant offers friendly and fast service, although the lobby was a bit dirty, possibly due to a rushed cleaning job. The seating area has been rearranged, making cleanliness more noticeable.
The food is fantastic and fresh. Customers can use the app to avoid human interaction, which is common in fast-food restaurants these days due to COVID-19. The awesome workers have good vibes, and the service is fast. This Arby's is considered the best in town, with accurate orders and delicious food, including their famous poppers.
While the fries were not the freshest, the overall food quality was good. The service was extremely friendly and fast, and the seating area was easily accessible. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was reasonably priced. Customers can find ample parking in the open area with other businesses within a nearby strip mall.
