McDonald's in New Brighton

“Service was fast and efficient. This was a take out order and everything was bagged nicely for easy carry and passing out in the end. Food was good....it's McDonald's. The hot specialty coffees were unavailable which was a bummer, but not a deal breaker.“

“First and foremost, Anthony the assistant general manager and Malory the cashier are top tier customer service reps. They are super friendly, listened to everything I said, used my first name, and delivered me fresh hot food that tasted great. And the store & mens bathroom was spotless. I'll definitely will becoming back here for lunch. Thank you too, keep up the awesome work. And the entire staff have these two individuals as a shinning example of how to leave a smile and a long lasting impression on a customer. Thank you.“
