Their pastries are a highlight, being fresh and not overly sweet. The bakery can be found at the Minneapolis Farmers Market, located next to the Guthrie theatre and stone arch bridge, offering a great location and ambiance. The croissants are gorgeous and perfect, and the Ham and Cheese Croissant is absolutely delicious. Huge cookies, divine donuts, and amazing jelly-filled pastries make this place a hidden gem. The wonderful and friendly owner offers great service, and the bread and pastries are very, very good. Despite potential difficulties in finding street parking, the bakery's stand at the farmers market is a recommended visit. Stop by and get yourself something special!
