The kids that were working made our sandwiches like a sloth no ice in the ice machine and there were no lids out by the pop... so I had to ask for ice and lids. And there was no customers other than us in the store.
Good subs. Friendly staff. Only complaint, please finish my order completely before starting another customer's sandwich. Watching my toasted sub get cold while you start someone else's order isn't saying much for your customer service. This has occurred on more than one occasion and not during a busy time of day.

Awkward location; no where to turn around. The drive thru was down so we went in which was fine. Pretty decent speed of service based on the long line. The condiments staff put an insane amount of mayo on my sub and same with my son's honey mustard. The new 12 inch cookie was delicious! ?
