We love the beer and food at Big Axe Brewing. We enjoyed the Betty Salad with trout, the chicken melt and chicken wild rice soup; all equally delicious!! The back room is perfect for a quiet dinner and games with a loved one!
Like stout beer had chocolate oatmeal stout it was good Would have given better rating but there were fruit flys buzzing around taps. Told bar tender about it. He said he knows and they have tried everything to get rid of them. Ordered appetizer when sitting at bar. Could see in kitchen and could see kitchen worker. He continually touched his face and facial hair while preparing my appetizer. He wasn’t wearing protective gloves.

food was so good, beer was even better. 10/10 recommend splinter cat and the patty melt. the place was so cute and homey too. definitely bringing the family there again. the service was great and the staff were all so friendly, so many games to keep you entertained too.
