I stopped in on Tuesday, and the young woman who took our order (I apologize—I forgot her name, so we nicknamed her “Minnesota”) was absolutely wonderful. Her recommendations were spot on, and the service was exceptional. We even had the chance to say hello to her brother, Vinny, who works at Quarterdeck Resort. They both made our visit even more memorable!
I had a chai tea latte, which was very good - a simple classic flavor. I'm not much of a coffee person, but I really liked the sip I had of my partner's. It's clear they don't completely burn the beans here, and the flavor was leaps and bounds above a chain coffee joint. We also got some waffles. She got The Bear, which had nutella and peanut butter. Cute little spot. Plenty of yummy options. I got a build your own with hot fudge, strawberries, and whip cream. The boyfriend got the Benedict. I love waffles and this hit the craving perfectly!
