“It was amazing as soon as we went in a guy was on break and jumped out of his seat to greet us and take our order I didn’t catch his name but his service was 10 /5 I felt so welcomed and joyful in there. He was kind helpful and tried to make the experience great. He told us all the options for the kids meal such as what I wanted to drink and last time I didn’t get that option he told us we could get toppings and I didn’t know that because last time I wasn’t informed. Like I said I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a chain a hat, brown medium length hair and a great smile. Thank you

“It was a Subway, but very friendly and actually cared about what they served. Ordered a BLT with just the bacon heated up. The guy pulled it out of the microwave and actually asked me if I would like it more crispy. He took the time with the sandwich by proportioning the ingredients. Efficient and everyone seemed eager to please which is rare nowadays.“

I suggest going in the first time to know what your getting and what comes with your meal. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Killing the mexican game at all 10 locations. “This 'Johns is always impeccably obsessively clean. Whole thing looks brand new. They have the local papers to read while you eat and one TV going (just enough to stare at but not overwhelming like a sports bar). Staff are perfectly professional yet down-home friendly and polite. Perfect customer service attitude for rural Minnesota. Food is fresh and prompt, made how I asked. And the potato oles are super crispy!

My only complaint is out of their control: the seats are hard!“

“Clean restrooms and tables. Asked if we wanted to add a second roast beef for a buck. Broke hubbies heart to say yes, lol. Christopher was great greeting each new customer even when busy. The crew were hard at work with polite conversation. Front staff helping each other.“

“I stopped by Arby's to try their new Big Game Burger. It was very good and highly recommended. The cherry sauce added to the burger along with the other ingredients. I will be back for this burger!! The service by Marissa was great. The restroom and dining room was clean and condiment area was stocked up. They were ready for a rush! I stopped in at 4:43 pm. It appears they have some other new high end products to try as well. People may think this as just a roast beef sandwich restaurant, but they seem to be focused on quality, which is a good thing!“
