“They are doing a good job and have come along way in the last couple years. Newer staff seem to really care about the customer. They are not perfect, but a order for a family of 6 picky eaters can be big and complicated and I am not perfect either, they get it right more than wrong now, and they get it to me in under 3 minutes and I can't ever do that.“
“It's a typical subway. They had a recent remodel so it's trendy and usually clean. There is adequate staff, some are average some are outstanding. Had dinner there last night, food was typical. I was a bit irritated when they were processing "app" orders and left our hot sandwiches sit. It was made as asked, but then they ask for a tip at the end. Really?? I just paid 10.00 for a sandwich, that you are paid to make- it's literally your job- and you want a tip?? This tip everyone trend has gone overboard. Anyway, it's clean, with good food and decent staff, typical fast food experience and expectation.“
