“I had a great sandwich made by a very nice blonde girl — it was fresh, well made, and honestly one of the better sandwiches I’ve had!

Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by another staff member. One middle-aged brown hair employee was extremely short, rude, and downright disrespectful toward the customers they were helping, as well as toward their own coworker. The attitude was very noticeable and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

the employee who helped me deserves recognition for the great sandwich and excellent service, but I hope management addresses the way this other employee is treating customers and fellow staff. Great food is important, but respectful customer service matters just as much

“drive up service sucks, last time I ordered my cheeseburgers had no ketchup, mustard,no pickles really 😡 I went through drive thru before and mistakes on my burger and mixup on an order. Poor service. I'm serious of thinking of not going to BK anymore. I to don't recommend burger King. I'll be going to DQ never had bad service and food.“
