“Tacoasis is very good food , great menu list of choices the rice and Taco burger is amazing the rice is very delicious, the taco burger is so good the bun it is served on is amazing the meat is so flavorful. The meals are great u get very big portions and a very very reasonable price , everything on the menu is delicious my family and I and our friends love tacoasis the quality is amazing and it taste better than most restaurants and the staff is very nice and the owner is a very nice guy one of the nicest guys we have ever meet , would recommend tacoasis definitely 10/10. But that doesn't reflect on this Tacobell branch in Northfield!The person with the star tattoo behind his ear was extremely friendly and top notch, same with the other guy who's arms are full of tattoos. Great customer service by them both! They both work morning shifts and my husband and I get a kick out of seeing them and getting friendly greeting from them!NEW EDIT from tonight 06/05/24, I did what to add to my original post, the wonderful blonde hair women working tonight was really try her best to make everyone happy during a HUGE dinner rush. She was extremely stressed out but trying so hard to bring the best customer service to everyone. I did wait for my food for almost an hour. Personally no big deal but I could tell it was annoying lots of other people how far behind the Tacobell orders were. I have a feeling Tbell is about to get flooded with cranky emails about tonight. But anyway, this particular women went above and beyond tonight to get everyone's order and to try her best to be fast and efficient. She normally doesn't work the food line. But she was doing the food line tonight and running the orders out to multiple different people who were also waiting for awhile. I could also hear her apologizing to the customers, along with just asking other people what there orders were and double checking so she wouldn't get the orders mixed up or confusing other orders with people.Talk about great customer service, great multitasking, and going above and beyond for the customers. I was in no particular rush tonight so I personally didn't mind waiting almost an hour for my food. When I actually got a chance to eat the food it was amazing. The meat was hot and delicious. The shell was actually fresh today.I really just wanted to add that important detail today about tonight's hectic drive thru fiasco. She handled the entire overwhelming scenario perfectly, gracefully, and with a smile. She didn't talk rudely about the company or the customers she dealt with prior to me. She greeted me with my food by my name. It felt great to get recognized by the manager just by my food order! Of course I'll be coming back again soon! My experiences coming to Tacobell have been nothing short of GREAT!“
