After going thru the drive thru, and not looking thru our order until miles down the road, realized we did not get our complete meal. I called and Kristine was awesome to address our shortage , great customer service! Thank you!
They do not take checks.
The counter person was young and impatient

Dairy Queen offers a range of food options, from 4 piece chicken strip baskets to delicious Banana-Strawberry shakes. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, like Kristine addressing missing items promptly. However, some wait times in the drive-thru can be long, and the temperature of the food could be more consistent.
