“3 stars only because when I crave taco johns it's for their potato ole's & every single time they're cold, lukewarm & when they are hot it's like they mix the fresh with the old even when you ask for fresh only. Very frustrating“

“Yes, it's a bit of a wait sometimes for your food. If you are in a hurry, McDonald's is just down the block.
I know that my food is always fresh, hot and delicious, so I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes.
I like that they have alternatives to just the burger and fries. Their fish is delicious and I can skip the fries and get something else like mashed potatoes.
Once in awhile they mess up on our order, but it certainly isn't very often, and when it happens, they are always apologetic and make it right. They understand good customer service and are always pleasant, and that makes us return again and again.“

“I would like to say I'm not the most picky person out there but I do have restrictions on my food I had one of the best salads made exactly the way I would like it and I even went through drive-thru which I am skeptical about most of the time because I like to see what's going into my order I always leave my change as a tip even if it's a couple dollars as I know that it is hard-working customer service the way you guys were quick and efficient I appreciate you I will be returning even if it means driving 35 minutes away when other Subways are much closer you are my number one pick now thank you“
