“We loved this hidden gem. We were on the way home from a road trip and got off at a random exit to try and find a new place to eat. We stopped and they served us a nice grilled cheese, bacon, onions, ham sandwich with chips and a cold beer. The atmosphere, was kid friendly with full bar and tables. It was awesome and cant wait to go back to try their breakfast next. And they have summer events.“
“Went there with the family to grab dinner The bartender was the server and the cook it seemed. She was very overwhelmed and disorganized it took us an hour to get our food which was delicious and hot and fresh and it took us another 45 minutes to get our check after we were done eating even though we tried to get her attention multiple times I told her when we got the bill we were ready to pay.“

“This is a great lake bar restaurant! Great lake atmosphere great owners, great food. THE BEST and only PLACE id go to grab a beer and food on Lake Pokegama. I was there in march for the 1st time and will be going back unlike the other place on the lake you'll have fun here“
“Waitress was very friendly and blunt which we like and appreciate. Food is well priced and great tasting. I have celiac disease and after letting her know my needs, she said no guarantees, but I felt comfortable with the fact that the buns are toasted on the opposite side of the grill and they'd do their best. I took a chance and am glad I did. I am very sensitive to gluten allergens and DID NOT GET SICK. This is a HUGE deal for me and my family. Thank you so much!“
“Not a bad little joint for this sleepy little Interstate 35 town. The first think I noticed was the friendly and engaged staff that had no problem bantering with customers. The next thing was all the ‘stuff’ plastering the walls which never really adds much to a business. Signs, nick nacks and this and that’s. They have a small menu and had kids hanging out which gave it a bit of a Chucky Cheese kind of feel. A little gaming area to keep the chitlens busy while Ma and Pa tip back a few. I thought it would be more of a DIVE bar by the sign out front but it felt like an Applebees. But maybe the ambience changes as the day turns to nite. Hop on in sometime on your way to Hinkley or Duluth or maybe the Twin Cities if your heading that away.“
