Today, a visit at 2pm took about 5 minutes, and signing up for the app earned free guacamole, making the experience even easier. However, there was a slight issue with poor leadership from a manager regarding portion sizes, displaying gaslighting behavior towards the staff. Despite this, the delicious food and great service make Chipotle a must-visit for those craving Mexican cuisine. Customers appreciate seeing the food being made in front of them, and many have commented on the burrito being so full it's about to break. While some have had mixed experiences, like with chewy steak in a steak bowl, the positive feedback highlights the outstanding service, exemplified by Jake, who went above and beyond to remedy an order issue.
