You ever sip something so perfectly balanced between haze, juice, and dank resin that you start questioning your life choices up to this point? Yeah. That happened.

I’m talkin’ IPAs so fresh they could run for office. Stouts thicker than my cousin Vinny’s accent. Pilsners that slap harder than a wet towel in a locker room. Every pour is like a TED Talk for your palate.

The taproom vibe? Pure bro-topia. You walk in and the air just smells like barley, hops, and achievement unlocked. And the regulars? All chill, no gatekeeping — just a bunch of hop-heads and malt maniacs vibin’ together.

Bottom line: Boat House Brothers Brewing is the Disneyland for beer nerds, and Emmitt is Mickey Mouse if Mickey wore a flat brim, crushed tallboys, and could dropkick you into hop nirvana.

We request our server to be Kendra if we can, she is the sweetest girl ever she always makes time to chat with us if she isn’t busy and she always gives us the best service. I would fly all the way from New Jersey for just that! They have a number of gluten-free options which is always great. I ate dinner here on two days and on both occasions my server was Ashlea. I like that I can get a quick meal that’s vegetarian with lots of options for veggie and my family can get the meat they want. I know the menu by heart. They’re pretty good about making substitutions if you need. There are better Greek restaurants in the Twin Cities, but at this price point and for the convenience, Falafel King is one of the best choices. Save some money and drink water. Dining in is ok, but not exactly anniversary dinner type atmosphere. Staff is always friendly at Bloomington location.“

Some of our favorites food I must say is the torta cubana , the quesadilla, tacos are delicious , pambazo was good but I feel like in needs more flavor I barely taste the chorizo I think it was more like a torta with potato filling, the torta Hawaiian was really good especially because the pineapple gave it a special touch of flavor the asada fries are delicious we always finish them all I recommend the shrimp alambres and the aguas frescas.“
