Edelweiss is a hidden gem. It's one of my favorite breakfast spots south of the Twin Cities, and has some of the best doughnuts in the state of Minnesota. Their Boston cream doughnuts are the best I've ever had anywhere -- so fresh, and with all natural ingredients, nothing artificial. Came here on a Sunday morning, and even though it was packed, we managed to get spots by the window. The line to order moved relatively quickly, but it took about ten minutes for my Lavender Matcha Latte to be ready. I also got a Chocolate French Cruller and Plain Croissant. Great little small town bakery that also serves great food for lunch at an affordable price. Ordered a club sandwich and coffee. It was served fast and the sandwich was fantastic. My only wish is that it had longer hours.
