“Edelweiss is a hidden gem. It's one of my favorite breakfast spots south of the Twin Cities, and has some of the best doughnuts in the state of Minnesota. Their Boston cream doughnuts are the best I've ever had anywhere -- so fresh, and with all natural ingredients, nothing artificial. Their coffee is excellent, and their breakfast sandwiches are superb. These come with a little side of their granola, which is also very good and a cool idea for a breakfast side. They do a brisk business in fancy desserts, which are in the left side of their case. Sooooo very worth the calories! Need a pie to bring to a Thanksgiving get-together? Their bourbon pecan pie is wonderful. My only bone to pick is that their apple desserts and doughnuts don't quite excel to the same degree as everything else. They slice their apples thickly, so the fruit isn't always cooked through. The service is very good. Ambiance is bright and sunny due to their windows, and there's a charming fireplace in the back. Stop by sometime! You'll be glad you did.“

A delicious cookie at a price.Parking: Shared parking lot with other local businesses. Eileen's does have a few spots reserved for their customer's directly in front of there store as well.“

So I recently ordered some new flavors to treat the girl at my shop. We tried coconut, Nutella, and our minds were BLOWN BY THE HONEY!!! OMG, I could eat these at every meal! “Tiger Milk Tea is Brown Sugar flavor, and it goes so well with the boba!! Purple one is Taro, the pink mochi doughnut is strawberry with the spheres that conveniently break apart, the brown speckled one had some gooeyness to it that tasted like monkey bread, and I inhailed 10 doughnut holes they were so fluffy and good.“

“My family is so happy to have a place like this in Bloomington. The food is delicious, the setting is very cute and clean, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Fast service. We had the lemon ricotta pancakes and cornbread waffles and coffee. Portions are large, had plenty for left overs.Can’t wait to go back.“

“The cake is airy and pleasant not sweet. Being unfamiliar with Scandinavian torte, I was unsure if it was meant to be dry. However, this torte was too dry for my liking; nevertheless, it would have been perfect with a moister texture. “This place is great. A classic donut shop - opens super early, has all the familiar options (cake, raised, old fashioned, long John's, apple fritters, etc), and serves basic coffee. Seems like mostly a takeaway place but they have a couple of tables. Love going here anytime the kids wake up too early.“

“A small coffee shop, specializing in specialty coffee and waffles with a rather impressive Vegan waffle menu.The Cajun Chicken waffle was cooked perfectly, however the additional of raw cajun spice on top served to overwhelm the flavors and left an overall salty flavor to the waffle, even with syrup. I will definitely be returning to try some other flavors as clearly waffles are their specialty and I have heard nothing but good things about their sweet waffles.Coffee, even in its simplest form, was well roasted and had a good flavor and aroma. Specialty coffees/mochas/lattes are well made and creative.“

“The people who work in the morning at this Perkins are such professionals. They are friendly, attentive, and get the order right every time. I usually have a very basic breakfast, but it is always prepared as I request. For the price, you can't go wrong.“

Some are over the top sweet and some are absolutely perfect!Typically the staff is pretty good, not overly interactive, though polite. “I love this location! Being new to the state I have tried out the various grocery stores but I ended up getting the Hy-Vee perks rewards card because I enjoyed coming here so much. The employees are helpful with any questions and they basically have everything you can possibly think of. They just recently added a new section to the store that is specific to baby needs and I loveee this being a new mom! All baby basic items from medicine, to baby food, to cups, utensils, teeters, you name it they got it. The bakery is always stocked with donuts, cakes, and goodies which is hard to resist. It is also right across from the in-store Starbucks which is hard for me to pass up haha. I love the ready to eat options that they have there and the different sections you can order food such as sushi, stir fry, pizza, chicken, and deli. The store is very organized and clean! I could go on and on about Hy-Vee but I strongly recommend this grocery!“

“Love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I appreciate the Eden Prairie Location as this is where I often order my cakes or special orders. Always correct, ready on time and taste delicious.Their bundts are super moist and very flavorful. The bundtlettes are big enough to share with one other person and small enough to not over indulge if you have more room.The staff at this location were very friendly. Cute shop that also offers other birthday gifts and cards. Love it and highly recommend!“
