“Today we bought cookies for my mom’s high school reunion, and they were absolutely fantastic. When she was cleaning off the tables and picking up the cookies after lunch, she had a box and a half of cookies left. She was going back to her chair, and was followed by a couple people and they said they wanted to know where these cookies came from and they asked her if she made them. She said oh my God, no and told them the cookies were made by Eileen’s. The people took the cookies as she was walking away. The cookies are fancy and she recommends them to anyone. She bought regular sugar cookies and peanut butter cookies.“

“Absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I randomly decided to stop in on our way back home to Missouri and the gentleman working was extremely friendly and helpful. We both tried the cherry turnover and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best I've ever had. 10/10.“

My only complaint is if you want to pay with cash you have to pay up front but while you’re waiting for assistance, the workers will just look at you and turn away almost like they purposely ignore you until you verbally flag them down.“

“So glad we happened about this cute little breakfast/lunch spot! Absolutely love the big windows and all the natural light. They have an impressive breakfast menu that left us wanting to try it all! The margarita Foccacia pizza was hands down my favorite followed by the cinnamon roll. We also had the breakfast poutine, eggs benedict, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Service is fast and staff is friendly. While they don't abrupt reservations, both times we went there were tables available.“

“Not sure what the name is for this bakery item, but it is a kind of cheesecake. The texture is moist, soft, not overly sweet, and has some cream cheese flavor. What’s better is the price. Where can you find a good bakery for affordable price nowadays?!

“The other night, I bought a package of 4 Salted Caramel Coffee Cakes from Nikola's Bakery, sold at the Circle K store. Since then I've been searching all of the surrounding Circle K Stores for these coffee cakes. They are literally the best coffee cakes I've ever had! The only problem is that they sell out fast. The word is probably out. I've been told that a Grocery store chain may start selling this product. I very much hope so. That way we can enjoy them anytime.“

“I wish I had pictures but each time I ask for a cake with customized colors and flavors, they really deliver! Asked for a red velvet pull apart cupcake cake in the shape of a diamond ring for a friend’s bridal shower and it was so pretty! Had them change the pink strawberry cake to blue icing and add gold stars for twinkle star cake for the birth of my nephew. Oh, how I wish I’d taken a picture, it was so precious! Oh, and flavors and texture are always a crowd pleaser no matter what I get from here!“
