Cantilever Distillery + Restaurant offers a 5-star food and drink experience, with amazing dishes and cocktails. The atmosphere is great, with attentive staff, including friendly bartenders. While located near freight tracks, the slow-moving trains don't disturb the overall fantastic experience. This spot is the best in northern Minnesota, with amazing drinks and food. Guests can try a variety of Cantilever specialty drinks, which are all very tasty. The hot maple wings were cooked perfect and had amazing flavor. The smash burger is one of the best. The chicken pesto sandwich was awesome, and the chimi cheesecake is one of the best desserts ever. The restaurant is decorated stylish and comfy.
