Best bubble tea in MN!! Beautiful and fun place!!
The chicken is delicious, and the tea are a good size. Price is good as well.
The MOA staff is so kind!! They got my drink out right away and had very polite manners. Jamie and Audrey were hard workers and made sure everyone ordering had a good time!
