Based on the reviews, 1928 Cocktails and Bites is an intimate but comfortable place with a beautiful space and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is great, with amazing bartending staff who truly care about the service. The bartender was a magician with the cocktails, making drink creations that are super unique, visually appealing, and taste perfect. The drink menu stands apart with lots of interesting ingredients and bright flavors. Favorite drinks include the Rhuzu, a rhubarb cocktail. The menu has fun new drinks and bites. Excellent bites include the karaage, sushi offerings like the Red Dragon and Spicy Tuna, and the standout edamame. The cheese curds wontons were delicious too. The live music is great, with a guy playing piano. It is up a flight of stairs, but worth it. A must go in Rochester MN.
