“I’m taking time to leave a review not because of the food — Dairy Queen ice cream is predictably good! But because of the friendly service.

When I was driving home it hit me that I should have taken time to compliment the employee that helped me. I don’t know his name but the interaction brightened my evening yesterday as much as the banana split blizzard. I’m guessing that warm sunny days in April in MN means everyone talks about the weather while getting ice cream but he made it sound like the first conversation he had that day, and the warmth and laughter were genuine. I want to share how much this mattered to me. Thank you.“
