“I love this location and even though it isn’t my closest one, I will go to it over others. The staff is great, portions are accurate. Were frequent fliers.
However, there is a new employee who is just not good. I always get a peanut buster parfait and she has completely butchered it twice now. During my first visit, she just stood there ignoring everyone despite it being busy. The usual worker told her she could make my parfait and as I watched her I couldn’t believe she got it so wrong - she didn’t add peanuts! I had to ask the OG girl to remake it, which I felt bad doing because it was busy, but if I’m paying $6+ for ice cream I want it right. The second time was yesterday and I get my to go order out to the car and see how pathetic the parfait looks - the ice cream barely reaches the brim of the bottom cup. Then I notice, she didn’t use peanuts, it was pecans. I had to go back in and an OG employee apologized and remade it for me. I felt bad again because it was very busy but it literally has peanut in the name.“
“Wow. My party was blown away with the quality of both the service and our food. I got the Creamy Pineapple Dairy Queen Cooler with Tajin, which was delivered directly to our table, and Hanad, the member in training made sure that my spoon and straw didn’t come in contact with the table. Wow, what good service. The other 3 members of my group each got the new Mint Cookie Crunch dip cone, which was served on a nifty little mechanism which allowed Hanad to bring the all 3 at once, like a flight of ice cream cones. How ingenious! They were all thoroughly impressed with the creamy minty flavor. We will definitely be making a return.“
“My family and I love this Dairy Queen! It's fun, clean, but more importantly, the staff and owners are fantastic! In fact, through our visits, we got to know the owners a little bit and she helped me create my own chocolate ice cream with the chocolate dip in a cup. I love the chocolate dipped ice cream. So she was creative and came up with the ice cream and dip in a cup rather than in the cone. I LOVE IT!! Not once have we had a bad experience. So I'm in shock at some of these reviews that have any complaints about this store. Some people just have to complain about something I guess. I personally find it impossible to have any negative things to say about this DQ. Great staff with exceptional ownership! Owners who are incredibly hands on and personable with each customer. I have made great memories with each of my kids at this store and it's the only one I'll go to. Thank you for always being GREAT!!!“
