The menu selection had a great variety of classic ice cream treats to choose from, and everything was downright delicious. “Leaving a shout out for the DQ on Rice St. in St. Paul, just north of Larpenteur Ave.! We were disappointed at another DQ when they didn't follow through on making a GF cake for Father's Day. When we stopped here to buy toppings and quarts of DQ, the whole staff were helpful, and friendly The Manager went out of his way to help us and hoped we would have "a happier rest of the day." This is a great group of people serving our favorite treat.“
