Fuzzys Italian ice has the best Italian ice in Rochester. Their customer service was fast, nice, and reliable. Would 10/10 recommend and go again.
We were in line when a woman getting her young son some ice cream was having a difficult time accessing her card through Apple Pay. Out of kindness, the worker behind the counter gave them the ice cream on the house, letting her know she had kids too. The small act of kindness and generosity speaks volumes of the character of this place. Highly recommend!
Large selection of Italian ice flavors. All the flavors we tried were delicious. The waffle and crepe were really good too!
