“Fuzzys Italian ice has the best Italian ice in Rochester. Their customer service was fast, nice, and reliable. Would 10/10 recommend and go again.“

“So many flavors to choose from and so many fun options on the menu! You can get an ice cream flight to try multiple flavors and they give samples before you order. I do think it’s silly they limit how many samples (I think it’s 2 or maybe 3) when they have soooo many to choose from and kids can be indecisive and it’s hard to explain to a young child why they can only try a couple but that’s my only complaint! The flapdoodle and the flabbermast are so fun for kids, they add a waffle cone “mast” to make it look like a sail and my daughter thinks it’s the coolest thing! They have floats, sundaes, and more. Along with the delicious ice cream, the atmosphere is great and you can find jokes and plays on words around the whole place including on your table. It is always busy and I get a little anxious holding up the line while checking out all the flavors but we have never had a bad experience! It’s always my daughter’s request when we are in the area.“

“One of the most unique and interesting Ice Cream shops I have been too, not to mention some darn good Ice Cream! Generous scoops for the price, the Carmel and Smores flavors were delicious. The writing on the walls, and tables was fun to read, and it had a very cozy vibe. I will definitely be back.“

“I’m taking time to leave a review not because of the food — Dairy Queen ice cream is predictably good! But because of the friendly service.

When I was driving home it hit me that I should have taken time to compliment the employee that helped me. I don’t know his name but the interaction brightened my evening yesterday as much as the banana split blizzard. I’m guessing that warm sunny days in April in MN means everyone talks about the weather while getting ice cream but he made it sound like the first conversation he had that day, and the warmth and laughter were genuine. “From the moment we walked in and greeted with a happy smile hello to an accommodating substitute of a mix in to the FULL mixed bowl of ice cream...we knew THIS location cares!!!
We have visited numerous Cold Stone Creamery from around the country...and had begun to rethink CSC due to most having grumpy non-caring employees, rarely fill the bowl and do not ask for a substituted mix in.

“Crumbl Cookies is always fun with its rotating weekly menu and big, indulgent flavors. I love their super thick chocolate chip cookie, but I’m also a fan of their super thin version because the bottom caramelizes and gives it a perfect sweet crunch. I was also surprised by how much I enjoyed the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake cookie even though I don’t normally like cheesecake. Great flavors, huge cookies and always something new to try.“
