We went tonight to celebrate our child's b-day. In the playland area there was a bunch of ants. When asking the front people twice to take care of I was told that they would. 1.5 hours later they were still there eating away. When talking to a manager he informed me that the chemicals couldn't be used when people in the room. Why couldn't someone just say that? When talking to grandparents, the first thing they stated was ants at McDonald's.
Overall good service. Some wait time but usually reasonable. Grandkids love playplace.
