We typically enjoy going to Red Lobster. However, our service last night was terrible. We had to ask numerous times for everything (drinks, bread, sides that were ordered, and refills of the endless shrimp). The server, Sara, didn’t apologize for the wait, and instead continued to blame others for the delays. Very disappointed in the service we received.
For starters I have been in the service industry my WHOLE life. My families own restaurants as well. Tonight was the last time I’ll ever dine there again! Our server Sara was trying her best. I know she’s been there for years so I assumed we’d have amazing service. My drink was wrong 2 times and I just accepted it for what it was the last time she brought it to me, our silverware that was dirty and discarded with our salads was taken out of our dirty dishes and then placed...read full review
Feb 14, 2023. I made a reservation for 4 for 7:30 pm. We arrived 10 min early. When we checked in, our reservation had not been recorded. We even supplied the name of who we spoke to (H******). The hostess just added us to the walk in list which was long. So we waited another 40 min. We watched other people that arrived later than us be seated.
