The barista was not only courteous and helpful, but made suggestions about customizing the order or adding to the order. They were suggestions that we didn’t even know we could ask for or were part of the menu. The barista that we’ve encountered at this location have always been friendly.

I needed a pit stop and caffeine boost - this was nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and especially patient with me (I was in full-on Brain Fog Mode).In the back sitting area, one long wall is lined with a cushioned bench. There are six tables at the bench. So someone like me, who prefers a softer seat, can sit across from my friends in the chairs. Two of the tables are wheelchair friendly. ?I also like that the back area isn't too brightly lit. Nice place to sit and chill, study... Ordered a vanilla cold foam, got something else, asked for it to be remade and they handed me back the same drink with cold foam on top. I didn’t feel comfortable asking twice so I left with whatever random thing they made and the lid wasn’t on right. :(
