Ordered a royal new York cheese cake with brownie pieces. Did NOT get ANY cheesecake pieces. Did NOT get ANY brownie piece. I even paid extra for the brownie pieces. Every other DQ, I have gotten pieces of both in my ice cream. Will never come back ever!
I went to this location on Monday july 20th around close. Dylan took my order and was very fast, friendly, and helpful. Great experience. The food was also great!
Customer service was TERRIBLE, made my order wrong then tried to argue with me about it??? Also, my daughter found peanuts in her cotton candy blizzard. So unsafe and absolutely unacceptable! It was so bad, I want to give it a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give it a one.
