The last time we ordered we got completely the wrong order delivered to our door.
This time when we ordered we were missing an item. I called the store and told them we were missing an item and they said well all we can do is fix it if you bring a receipt to the store. Well I'm not going to let the food get cold drive 10 minutes there collect the item and then drive 10 minutes back while the food gets cold. My opinion horrible customer service.

The employee handled cashiering then went straight back to preparing order..picking up tortillas with the same gloves..I mentioned it to the manager. She did not offer to make new burrito. I then requested a new burrito..the manager seemed to be not pleased with my request. she made it and then left it behind the counter and continued with her business..not willing to hand it to me or say anything.
