I have come to this Chipotle a few times and the food always turns out fine. I think that it’s the atmosphere and the workers here that need improvements. It seems like I’m a bother to them and that they are always in a rush to complete my order. The craziest part is, they are not even that busy. I don’t understand it, but the service here was lacking.

Shae (or Shay) was wonderful!! I told her it was my first time at chipotle and to please give me her best recommendations on what to put in my bowl. I had came from a TikTok video and the bowl had steak in it so I got steak, but she told me her favorite was the new brisket and the service was so great I'll definitely be back again specifically to the Rosemount one in hopes that she's the one there to help me! She was great at making me feel comfortable and joking around...

My daughter likes the food here. When the young man was making my daughter's burrito I asked him how much meat went on the burrito he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked if there is supposed to be a certain amount of meat. Didn't have an answer. When you're paying 10 to 15 dollars for a burrito hopefully were getting our money's worth.
