“archetype sign in Bloomington had the truck show up for lunch today, i was so busy i almost passed on lunch. went out for a short break that turned in to one of the most amazing lunches ive had in a long time.. playboy came with that fire today 10 out 10 all day... i live in farmtown so we're goin for dinner tonight.. them barbacoa beef tacos hit different when your at work.“

“The best Mexican in the twin cities. Hands down. The queso????? I could swim in in. My $16 taco salad had at least a pound of meat in it. Big juicy shrimp, steak and chicken!“

“It was a Tuesday so the where super busy and had a special for the Vikings winning. They where absolutely swapped and why some rube customers, they still where polite and apologetic. They all handled the rush and rude customers very professionally. Food was good and hot. Keep up the good work“

“Shae (or Shay) was wonderful!! I told her it was my first time at chipotle and to please give me her best recommendations on what to put in my bowl. I had came from a TikTok video and the bowl had steak in it so I got steak, but she told me her favorite was the new brisket and the service was so great I'll definitely be back again specifically to the Rosemount one in hopes that she's the one there to help me! She was great at making me feel comfortable and joking around with me like we were friends. Her station was also very clean! Shout out to shae!!“

“SO. GOOD. We shared the alambres with birria and got the corn cup so we could share elote amongst our group! Friends with us also loved the torta, burrito and tacos that they got. I can’t wait to try more of their menu - it seems like there’s so many creative options you don’t find everywhere else! Highly highly recommend!“

“I am not a huge fan of Mexican food but this changed my mind. The Raman is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It is a little odd being inside of a BP station and you order on a kiosk. A fellow came out and explained absolutely everything to the newbies and made recommendations. 100% will be back there and they have spoiled other places for me :) Great job, great food and really a friendly helper.“

Street Tacos- chicken, carnitas, carne (chicken was my fav) were overstuffed and great as well, I’ve never had such good corn tortillas before! Very kind people too. I’ll be back thanks!“

“So I heard about all the name drama and saw about their gofund me site and donated. I got the birria taco plate today and they didn't use cilantro as I asked. I told my husband we need to go there for date night as the food was delicious! I wish I had ordered more. Excited to try more especially the all day breakfast dishes!
