have been going to Wendy's for years, at least once a week with my husband, We went there for lunch last Saturday, and asked for the Senior Citizens discount, which we have been getting for the last 3 yrs. Lady told us they don't give Senior Citizens discount anymore, BUT if we each buy a large drink separately, we get a discount on the drinks!! I have never in my life wrote a review..but when u eat a raw BURGER you think of every venue possible to express your anger. I called the store..told them they gave me a raw burger and was told..I cant believe that..are u sure it was the Rosemount location..I AM POSITIVE IT WAS THE ROSEMOUNT LOCATION...I AM NOW SICK TO MY STOMACH..READ COMMENTS FOR PIC OF BURGER!!!!!!!!
I will never like this page, the last three times I have gone there for dinner after work I have ordered the double and drove home only to open it up and there is a single in the bag. I then have to get back in my vehicle and go back to the restaurant. Do I get an apology? No, all they do is replace the food with a "Oh well kind of attitude" That is not the way you want to run business.
