“Delicious coffee drinks. All 5 of us had different waffles and couldn’t decide which was the best! They were all delicious. Highly recommend. The wait time was kind of extreme (45 min) but we had a nice time chatting, using the conversation cards and board games while we waited. We all agreed the food was worth the wait. Great service, as well.“

“Had the Cry 'n Eggy and it was delicious! All the flavors blended wonderfully together and the egg was like a souflee and the bun was fluffy and tasty. It was at once a hearty and light sandwich. Didn't feel greasy at all yet it was appropriately gooey and messy, which I enjoyed. And the price point is not bad. I want to have Egg on a Roll permanently in my life and I'm willing to bump a close relative to make this happen.“

“it instantly reminded me of my grandparents house when I was little. The place was busy, so I grabbed a seat at the breakfast bar, which made it feel even more like home. The atmosphere was warm and nostalgic — magnets with throwback phrases, trinkets, pictures, even baby dolls decorating the space. It all gave off such a cozy, comforting vibe. The food matched the setting too: hot, hearty, and just like a good home-cooked meal. I’d definitely go back!“

“Very good food, service, and atmosphere all around had a great 7 am breakfast on a Saturday. Parking was easy at the nearby ramp with a half block walk. The homemade caramel pecan roll (not pictured) was super good!! Great coffee :) Ribeye (6 oz) Benedict was perfect - large portion.“

“Berry Sweet Kitchen always has amazing food every time we go! I love their berry waffle and their fresh squeezed orange juice! I’d highly recommend their food to anyone looking for a great breakfast!“

“Wow! We just had breakfast at the Uptowner; this place is our new favorite for many reasons! Everything we ordered: pancakes, omelets, eggs benne and hash browns were some of the best we’ve ever had served to us. Our server was also so genuinely kind and attentive! We hope to make it back soon… I have my eye on that Ruben.“

“This rainy Wednesday was slow at Darling, but I predict it won't stay slow for long. Our food was superb. We shared a side of the amazing, perfectly roasted cauliflower (had the piri piri mayo on the side as it is spicy). My date had a cheeseburger and fries and I had the beef short ribs with breakfast potatoes (because I can't handle milk and there is a little bit in the polenta). Tasty key lime pie. Everything was very satisfying. Friendly staff. I'm so happy that great food has returned to this location.“

“Amazing food and drink selection! Very cute atmosphere and vibes. Also Black and locally owned. I ordered both food and drinks, for under $25. Definitely will come back to try the coffee flight they offer. The staff here are very friendly and quick. The two girls working today were phenomenal!“

“The most fun place! The Eggs Benedict were among the best I've ever put in my face, and the atmosphere is just the best. Convenient to many hotels. A little spendy but they don't skimp on food or cocktails. LBGTQ+ friendly. 24 hours. Equally a home for chill or fancy.“

“The Cave Cafe is one of my new favorite trucks that I’ve had. The Boss Wrap is unbelievable! Chicken and gyro meat is a great combination and it works really well here. The chicken quesadilla has a generous amount of chicken and is grilled perfectly, a high quality quesadilla. Cave Cafe was one of the highlights for me at the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. Everyone was so friendly too. Afro-Italian fusion makes for incredible tasting food. I need to keep track of this food truck in the future!“

“Brother’s Cafe has breakfast all day! Best breakfast burrito I have had in years. Daughter said the French Toast was terrific. Husband thought the burger was great. Super nice people running it- stayed open for us when we showed up right after closing time. And they are going to start serving beer next week! Great addition to the neighborhood!“

“From the moment we walked in to the minute walking out we were treated absolutely amazing and not to mention the food was extraordinary AND the service was absolutely amazing also. Came to have a bite to eat and we got some amazing portions of food also. Every single worker had smiles on their faces. Was a very good experience and will definitely be back again.
