I buy lunch for all of the employees at my company every week. A favorite of theirs is Chick-Fil-A. We put in orders every couple weeks. We don’t normally have issues but today the first time the order was up and brought back to work the order was missing all of the chicken (strips, nuggets etc). We had to make another trip there to get the rest of the order. Once the order was brought in, it was missing another item (chicken nuggets) yet again. This chick fil a has the worst customer service. They do not own up to their mistakes, nor do they try and make them right. The McDonald's across the street delivers better customer service than this location. The core values and friendliness of chickfila are no where to be found in these employees at this location.
