“One of my family’s favorite restaurants! And special shoutout for accommodating my husband’s to-go request last night for a “deconstructed” MN Poutine for me (his very pregnant wife). I happily reconstructed it for lunch today and was in preggo-lady heaven because my cravings were satisfied. 10/10 always!”

“Probably the best Gluten Free food we've tried. The service was fantastic, the employees started joking around with us right away and made us feel welcomed. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, and their homemade mix for fried food is absolutely excellent. Plus, they offer gluten free cheese curds and that's very hard to find. Such an amazing experience, definitely coming back.”

“Hyacinth is a keeper. Creative food, well prepared, small but extremely well chosen wines. Portions were large, a bit too large in my view. Hyacinth is one of the few restaurants in the post Covid dining world that is daring to show us how innovative dining can be done.”

“I drove by this hidden gem weeks ago and finally was able to stop in for lunch today. I gotta say that this is some of the best tasting food I have experienced in Minnesota since returning home. I tried the Picadillo meal which was perfectly seasoned and not over salted like some places do. The rice was a perfect consistency and a freshy made salsa added a little kick to the meal. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. A+++”

“UPDATED to say that this place is such a hidden gem and I need more people to know about it. This recent time, I had the Yangon beef curry and it was perfection. The stuffed tofu was great and the tea leaf salad was just as delightful as it was the previous time. I really like that they can omit the fish sauce in the tea leaf salad and stuffed tofu. Consistency matters and this place has it.

Really enjoyed the tea leaf salad. Highly recommend! I wanted to try the boat noodles but they said they were out of it. We were there an hour after they opened on a Saturday and there were only 3 other parties there. I guess they don't have it consistently. The yellow curry was pretty good. I also enjoyed the pad thai. I like that they can make some things vegetarian/vegan. I'd come back.”

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well”

“Accidentally arrived at Brunson's for lunch because the place down the road where we were supposed to go was closed. Best service I've had anywhere in America since before covid. Food was excellent, made from scratch, and doubt anyone could go wrong on the menu. Highly recommend.”
