Slow service is an understatement!!! We went there last night to sit at the piano bar as a friend was playing. We had to go to the bar for a drink and the 3 bartenders completely ignored us. To make matters worse there were 2 additional male servers that I think were assigned to the lounge and they completely ignored us and one of them was extremely rude when heaven forbid we asked for some service. My friend and I stopped in for salads and an appetizer. We ordered the chicken wings. As I started eating them I noticed what appeared to be hair on them. We alerted the waiter. He told us he would have the manager come speak to us. The manager never came. He then told us that the hair we were seeing was “chicken hair”. A gem and an oasis in the city. Great atmosphere with the delightful patio setting and cozy dine in area. Service is top notch with friendly vibes from all the staff. As for the food, your taste buds are in for a treat. Everyone was very welcoming to our dog and we are grateful for another dog friendly patio. We loved everything about this place.
