I was really looking forward to trying Big River Pizza, but I left feeling disappointed. First, they don’t inform customers upfront about the automatic 18% gratuity for takeout orders, which is excessive and feels unfair for a pickup order. The pizza itself was mediocre at best, and not worth the steep price. We paid $66 for two 12inch pizzas, and for that price, we could have had better pizza and wings at other restaurants.
