Very disappointed in this place. The waffles were “meh” and over priced. The coffee drinks arrived 20 minutes after we were served the waffles. The whole place was dusty and it the space is tiny. I will not go back.

Waffles are really good and they have great choices and substitutions. The staff are also very friendly. One big issue I have is that my family ordered three waffles and it took 40 minutes. Why does it take that long? Does each waffle take 10 minutes to cook and decorate and they have a single waffle maker? Please invest in another waffle maker and maybe another employee to do the toppings.

I can’t remember the name of this waffle (maybe naughty waffle?) but it was the one with almond butter and lots of berries. It was pretty good. They had a variety of tables and also some more private booths.Parking: very small lot. I ended up with free street parking a block or two away

good coffee, great walfals. they will get your sweet side. But nothing savory. wheres the eggs the baccon the hashbrowns! i do enjoy walfals, but i like more of a spread to my breakfast than this place can offer.

While we were sitting there, there was a very loud air conditioning unit which made it very hard to hear and bothered my noise-sensitive friend. The waffle I got had banana and almond butter and it was very filling and not too sweet which I liked. I would go back to try something else but get it to go.

The waffles are good, this is a place if you want to have a sweet breakfast. They also have a savory option, but if you wanted that you should go to a different place that serves the usual breakfast items. It's nice on a Sunday morning because you don't have to wait long. The teas could be improved a bit though, they weren't really steeped well

We ordered over 30 minutes ago, (there was no line), and we still don't have our food. I asked at the counter and they said, 'there's one order ahead of you, it will be about 10 minutes'.I can see how a Sunday at 12:30 pm might have a busy to-go business, but this is ridiculous. Hey friends, maybe get a few more waffle irons?.(Also, we sat at the counter facing the window. The counter was sticky, so we asked to borrow a wet cloth to wipe it down. Didn't make a difference. Permanently tacky). Good times.
