Black Market StP is a BBQ spot in the Twin Cities known for amazing food, especially the brisket, ribs, and mac&cheese. The beans are also a hit, with almost more meat than beans. While not Texas BBQ, the food is fantastic with great crust and perfect marbling. Some find it a bit pricy, but the friendly service and extraordinary experience make it worth it. The brisket is moist, and though the beef ribs may be tough, Black Market StP has loyal customers who won't go anywhere else for BBQ.
