I am editing my review because my recent visits have been completely different-in a great way! Over the years, Boba and Tea has set their standards higher and their employees have also developed better customer service. I love this place. The staff are awesome and friendly my favorite is the Oreo frappe I go there at least three times a week or more and my twins love this place to I bring them when I go on the weekend but if you're in the neighborhood, this is the place to go....
My sister ran in to get the drinks while I waited outside with the dogs. The thai boba milk tea and brown sugar milk tea both both had great flavor and seemed like a better price than most boba shops in the area. (I think we both got 16oz, which were about $5 each before tax and tip.)
