I would like to thank the manager on duty today and her staff because they customer service and they way the communicated today was amazing. Especially being a all black staff from what I saw. There was a mistake with my order I came in and was greeted and listened. The way the staff communicated and fixed it without any attitude or rudeness. y’all keep up the great work.
Rated a 4 star due to the wonderful customer service I received from Alphonzo. The restaurant had ran out of vanilla iced coffee and that's what I had asked if they had any. He said "let me fix you something". He attempted to make me the drink and although it didn't turn out the best in the color and the taste, I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and his effort.
