“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

I like the honey but it is your choice so, the price is reasonable not a eat in place but it is fast like a bk or something similar, can call ahead for large orders or catering for your wedding party! “This is one of my favorite fad school places to get chicken, just because there were a few places that actually changed their grease on a regular basis. They're not rude and obnoxious, they don't try to overtake you and they do not rush me when I take my time. I love that about them no matter how long the line is.“

“I ordered the beef ribs and pork ribs with their 5 cheese baked Mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!! The pork ribs were a bit salty but if you eat it with the BBQ sauce they provide it's amazing I got them with the side Mac and the Mac was soooo good! You can tell there are 5 different cheeses and it wasn't dry! The pork ribs came with about 4 ribs and a few ends. The beef ribs are pretty big and came with 2 and an extra end. Next time I order I will definitely be getting just the beef ribs in my opinion they were better they had a bit of spice to them and weren't too salty! Baked Mac and cheese 9/10 just wish it came with a little more. Pork ribs 6/10 they were too salty but decent. Beef ribs 9/10 perfectly seasoned just wanted a little more moisture.“

“My 1st time in there today for the buffet, also 1st people in. Asked to view the buffet...no problem. I immediately knew it was what I was looking for! It had been so long! My son was enjoying the food too. His 1st time as well. I give it a 4 stars +. a bit disappointed there was no egg foo yong? Because I liked it so well I will be going back, and I'd even go alone! waitress was great, prompt with refills or extras..napkins etc...very kind. Food was fresh as far as I could tell, taste was great! Try for being my kind of Chinese food! Ask what Ho Ho means....👌“

“Decent food, prompt service. Consistently sad Pepperoncini's, and paying for extra gets you one sad shriveled pepperoncini to accompany the other. I've never seen such sad pepperoncinis, it prompted a review. Received on multiple occasions not just one visit :)“

“Took the Wife and teen went to dinner last night and were very impressed with the food, ambiance, and simple yet classy space. The food had a short but diverse offering from appetizers to dessert. All Vietnamese origin with variations created by chef Eric Pham. We got the roast pork fried rice, hot chili flake chicken wings, hot chucking sandwich, and the Tres Leches cake. All delicious! Chef Pham came over to greet us several times and was very gracious and warm. Much appreciated!“

She provided amazing customer service, and even after the fact when I lost my receipt, she went above and beyond to help me get a new one. She provided the customer service that you don’t always see these days and I am truly appreciative.“

“I got delivery from here and ordered the veggie burger, cheese curds, and sweet potato fries.

The burger was honestly way better than expected given some other reviews I’ve seen.

My only real complaint was that, in the grubhub app, there were no lists of ingredients for each menu item, or any information on what each item came with. My burger appears to have come with fries and I didn’t even know. I’m hoping their ingredients and options are listed better when you physically go in.

“Depending on where you go in town but, if you want fast messed up orders, order online. I entered Domino's near me and it took me to Lubbock TX from Oakdale MN 😂 so if you want fast pizza but don't forget to check your order before you leave the place, get Dominos! I think they pride themselves on being fast and forgot customer relations but, I feel sorry for delivery drivers getting the worst of ppl trying to rob, scam and cause problems with orders.“
