50 minutes late on an online order that was placed an hour before it was due… order was screwed up (as were at least four others I saw while I was there)… the names on the receipts at the pickup station aren’t clearly marked… employees move like a bunch of inebriated sloths… no matter where I stood, I stuck to the floor.
It’ll be a cold day in hell before I go back to this restaurant— possibly even turned me off ANY Chipotle for good!
Placed an online order last Saturday for a 5:30 pickup and paid for the order only to find the store closed when we went to pick up. The charge went through on my card despite contacting customer service via the pepper thing and email. It’s impossible to reach a live person and no one responds to either of the other forms of communication. Y’all owe me $30
Been waiting for 1 1/2 hours for a burrito that takes 5 minutes to make. What’s wrong with this picture?
