The employees always have a smile on their faces, and the one time a mistake was made on my order, not only did they fix it, they offered me a refund for having to wait a few minutes for them to correct it. Best ice cream in the neighborhood!“
“Came here for some ice cream. It was incredibly busy so the long wait time wasn't unexpected. Staff were very friendly and we sat outside on the benches. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad to call this my neighborhood DQ!“
“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“
