Could not taste the lamb in the Gyro, they had no feta available, and tabouli.
I could not taste the walnuts in the baklava.
They used to have great tasting Gyros.

I ordered two euros with double protien and i end up getting this. Ive been to this location many times and have never eveen skimped out like this. I want this resolved and doordash wont fix this. I called in right after and left a complaint, was told manager would contact me the next day as i had sent them a recorded message confirmed by a worker they didnt contact me at all and dont care about sending RAW CHICKEN in one order, threw away both after chewy cold chicken. This is horribe service.

Food is decent but very disappointed with the service. Both meals were placed in one tray and because of that my bf accidentally dropped one of the bowls. He immediately told one of the staff and he was basically ignored. We didn't reorder and just ate we have and no one came to the table to clean up the spilled food. They were not even busy. Only one customer came by. They stayed at the counter and one kept giving us dirty looks. Were they expecting us to clean it up? We don't have the cleaning equipment. I would have had to use lots of paper towels so I didn't even attempt. We will definitely not be back. Staff should be trained on good customer service.

My wife and I had an order of Gyro’s Monday evening and taste good, followed by both of us getting food poisoning. By being so out of it and checked out, i missed out on a sale that cost me $1,330 in commission for missing work. Im still not fully recovered, and this was the soonest i gave a damn to finally leave a review. This is the nicest way i could word it. Thanks for costing me… never again.

Not good, Gyro meat was dry and bland as well as the rice. Not very clean on the inside either. You can get a better Gyro at Arbys.

Terrible experience. I asked for them to remake my gyro.
5 minutes after they made it. I ordered at the counter, drove off and bit into it, I asked for all the veggies and feta. The meat and feta was all that was on there. Went back in, mind you with a 3 yr old plus a surgical boot on my left foot. Turned around and went in.. all to be given a hard time over making a $10 gyro the way I asked in the first place. They said no. I specifically said to the girl who made it, all the veggies. When I went back in, 5 mins later. Same staff of course, was very rude and asked for a ticket number. I said, I didn't get a receipt, and they asked if I have the gyro, I said no ib didn't bring in a sandwich that I bit into, so you can see it. I didn't believe that was sanitary. I don't want my food service people handling a food item a customer bit into! What more proof do y'all want over me requesting you to please make it the way I ordered it. I asked kindly. I was given a very hard time over this, another lady saying the Mgr wasn't there today. I didn't ask for a manager, and no y'all don't need a manager. I didn't ask for a refund of my money. I asked for them to re-make my food the way I asked in the first place and was told no by all staff. I will never be back. Manager/owner- save your generic response of this review which will be the typical, please let us make this right.
No, I gave chances today for y'all to make it right.
I don't live in the area and won't drive back for something that should have been corrected when I did drive back.
Y'all remember I was just in there minutes before, with no other customers in front of me when I went back. I was the last ticket/order y'all put in for one gyro and a PB cookie. Y'all could have found my order in your system. Or, just Re made my item the way I asked in the first place. Terrible treatment of guests and customers. Won't be back. Terrible service. Didn't have to be this way. I gave y'all many chances. Very very disappointed. Very disrespectful to do this to anyone, over a $10 food item. Y'all need to learn customer service and some respect.
